South Africa Rai announced that it has awarded the coveted Decorex JHB PR and Publicity account for 2004 to Johannesburg-based media consultancy Torch Media.
Torch Media is a media agency specialising in corporate media strategy, launched in 2003 by veteran journalist Andrea Vinassa, who has 23 years experience in various aspects of journalism and publishing, and her partner Sharon Bezuidenhout.
Decorex JHB is the Johannesburg chapter of the Decorex SA décor and design show presented annually in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape by South Africa Rai. The brand has been managed by South Africa RAI for the past four years, under the directorship of Melanie Froneman, whose experience includes the Indaba tourism expo held annually in Durban. Decorex JHB 2004 will be presented at Gallagher Estate from August 5 to 9, with the theme "Inspiration and Interpretation: The Ultimate Décor Experience".
