The Office of the Auditor General recently embarked on a Change and Transformation programme that aims to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation through personal growth and implementation of new processes and systems.
The Siyanqoba Strategy, as it is known, has far-reaching advantages for the organisation and its people. In order to communicate the strategy and to energise all employees in the nine provinces they decided to make use of the adaptable and innovative medium of corporate theatre. After an intensive tender process The Learning Theatre was chosen as the supplier.
The Learning Theatre has been at the forefront of South African industrial/corporate theatre for eight years now, and although they are based in Pretoria, they work all over the country.
