The Agency wins National Parks account
The Agency has emerged victorious from a 6-way pitch for the multi-million rand advertising and communications account for SA National Parks (SANPARKS). Competing agencies included some of SA’s top agencies.
Chosen for its ability to deliver a full service through advertising, public relations and events package, The Agency is responsible for building revenue-driving campaigns to boost usage of the country’s 20 national parks. The campaign will involve local and international strategies and will be aimed at increasing numbers of both current and new visitors to the parks, which include the Kruger National Park, the Marakele Park and the Addo Elephant National Park.
MD of The Agency, Khotso Tilo, said the SANPARKS account was a significant achievement for The Agency, but added that it was quality and not size that mattered. "We’re aiming at a world-class communications campaign that looks good and delivers resultss."
The SANPARKS account comes hot on the heels of another recent achievement for The Agency, that of the Virtual Care contract, which was won in a four-way pitch. The contract involves repositioning Virtual Care, formerly Transmed, as a leading independent pharmaceutical service provider.
