In interest to your company I am able to successfully fulfill the following: I can develop, implement and maintain a Safety and Risk Management program to ensure achievement of objectives, by establishing and implementing approved medium and long term plans, aligned to the Company's strategic business goals. I can provide specialised technical knowledge and advice regarding safety, health and environmental issues. I am able to resolve Safety and Risk Management related problems and also issues that require solutions to new projects, unusual conditions and implement corrective measures. I will manage the company's Safety System which is based on their requirements and the Risk Management program to maintain corporate standards. I understand and am able to interpret all relevant legislation, regulations and standards as it applies to the company's operations.

I can draft and implement safety documentation, PTO's and Risk Assessments. Identify hazards and risks through analyses and inspections. I can improve the method statements and procedures where necessary. I am able to compile action plans and the implementation thereof. I am able to give sufficient training when necessary. I can conduct Safety audits internal and external, as well as policy reviews and can comply with statutory requirements. I can conduct Accident and Incident Investigations as well as accident reviews and the documentation thereof. I am able to organize and lead SHE meetings.

I have good communication, management and relation building skills in the working environment. I have underground, surface and safety experience, in the mining industry and private sector. I am innovative by nature, a people person and used to work extended periods of time. Possessing a solid understanding of the business and cultural etiquette required to succeed in a fast paced empowered and opportunity driven environment.
