Neil van der Merwe has been named as the site manager for Devmark Property Group's new retirement village, The Plettenberg Manor, in Plettenberg Bay. The Plettenberg Manor will offer 111 luxury homes, 54 assisted living suites, 24 frail care beds, and a clubhouse with amenities.
Van der Merwe has been tasked with overseeing all site activities and sub-contractors.
